Yee I’m aware it’s a job, doesn’t pay as much as it could tho, I’ve fallen back to the start twice now with savings unfortunately.
I’m worried that the paths I chose to reach my determined destiny will lead me down to a similar fate as those who’ve been with the company for 30+ years

No. It cannot be. It must not.
Great for them, it’s their passion. But I have bigger aspirations, I refuse to be tied down and burn out every waking moment.
I’m taking the reins.

I’ve skipped a few rungs on the position ladder within, meeting and chatting corporate people, hearing some praises in passing conversation, it does not bring me joy.
Hearing how some people have worked for a grocery store for 30 years, terrifies me. Is this the fate that awaits me?
