Political reforms which would set us on a path towards a new system which don’t require a constitutional amendment:
- Proportional representation in the House with RCV in the Senate
- Expanding the Supreme Court and limiting its power
- Abolishing the filibuster
- Adding DC and PR as states
- Proportional representation in the House with RCV in the Senate

Honestly, that amongst so many other things, infringed on safety (breaking tree limbs with their rotor-wash, and thd right to assemble peacefully.
Thanks for full out illustrating the copter. Former DC area resident. I know brittle branches, so those aircraft were really buzzing the crowd.
