As someone once told me before: you don't owe anyone responses. (Nonwithstanding work related) I would not consider them a friend if they are doing something you expressed is a boundary. Jealous people will do anything for attention. Any publicity, even negative, feeds them.

I have no idea who this person is and haven't seen them around. It's possible they're also doing this to get a reaction out of you and for attention. Usually these kind of people do this for a moment of attention and then drop said copied-OC.

Please don't trash Fal! I absolutely love seeing your art of them. I'm sorry this happened to you, it happens to a lot of well known OCs I've noticed and is absolutely awful. I think everyone knows that Fal's design is yours, just as everyone knows when seeing something similar it's a rip off.
