The waiting list will be cleared in roughly two weeks (Sunday, October 19th). Those removed may then finish registering and pay their attendance.

We will keep working our way through submitted support tickets.

If you are on the waiting list for accommodation there is no need to worry, you have a convention ticket reserved! Also, the 7-day payment deadline does not start while on the waiting list.

Whoa! We've seen way more registrations than anticipated and have to close registration for now.

We've received a lot of support tickets and are working hard to respond ASAP.

If your issue has been resolved, you can help us by closing the ticket yourself.

If you see "Registration on hold", you already have a reserved ticket and don't need to worry about the attendance cap.

There's been so many registrations already! Our servers are working as fast as they can to process everyone but there are still about 4500 people in the queue.

Please DO NOT message registration support even if it's been over 30 minutes.

Registration approval and response times are expected to be slow during registration opening. It may take a day (!) or more – but we will get back to everyone.

Due to our software's API limitations, we advise those registering to not pay or alter their registrations until tomorrow (October 5th) to avoid creating a bottleneck.

You'll receive the first available room in your selected order. If all are sold out, you'll be added to the waiting list for your first choice.
