The scrapyard continues to grow! I thought we'd exhausted the supply of toy vehicles in the garden, but the soil keeps on giving. My most complete find yet ... a Matchbox Jeep.

Found garden treasures from our 1971 built house this weekend include a very bouncy psychedelic ball, an Elvis badge and a rather worn 2p piece. I do love discovering these echos of previous residents.

I'm assembling the beginnings of a 1970's toy car scrap yard with garden finds! A Matchbox Boss Mustang emerged from the soil today to go with the Corgi bus that was dug up a few months ago.
