The hallmark of his entire business career was reneging on agreements and contracts. He stiffed thousands of contractors and providers over the years; at least 4000 since that's how many entities took him to court. Anyone who thinks he can trusted or taken at his word is an idiot.

Looks to me like Denmark has plenty of allies willing to help them defend the island from takeover. Armed conflict is a team effort, not just a one on one sport.

Unfortunately, it's a relatively small fund ($25B as I understand it) . Now if the California State Pension fund (CALPERS), at $500B decides to drop treasuries, that would get some attention for any number of reasons.

This didn't need research or study. There was only one person advocating otherwise. He just happened to be an orange imbecile. What was never pressed on was the inherent contradiction. For tariffs to change consumer choices to achieve a goal to repatriate production and jobs, prices have to go up.
