Something only trump would do and get away with: He carves out exemptions for favored red states, and orders party governors to drill down into the voting records of districts in their states to fine-tune it. That’s his Health Care Plan! Nobody has mentioned this possibility. I find that to be odd.

It started in Texas, when Governor Hey Abbot! loaded migrants on buses and delivered them to cities where, now, ICE punks are loading those migrants back on buses to ship them to lord knows where. That’s DOGE-level efficiency, there.
