Senate Democrats made a deal with Republicans to pull 4 unconfirmable circuit court appointments. Why didn’t Biden pull those appointments earlier and nominate centrist judges who could have been confirmed this month? This is why the judiciary will be stacked with the likes of Aileen Cannon.

Assuming that Congress actually goes along and creates this new federal department, isn’t it just a tad orwellian to label it the department of government efficiency? I bet it ends up employing more government employees (Trump loyalists) than what it cuts elsewhere.
