And on the plane, they’re about to crammed into the smallest space that airlines can possibly sell on an inevitably full flight. I’d love for people to be more civil at the airport but the airline industry has created an environment ripe for people crashing out.

People are irritable at the airport because their flights are delayed, everything is expensive, and they have to wait at a crowded gate with not enough seats.
