Looks like axminster carpet? Robot vacuums can be good as long as you don’t have furniture it’s likely to get stuck under. We had one that was forever yelling for help when it got stuck under the lounge. Now have a regular cleaner and a stick for quick cleans.

You do need to wait while they heal before play, plus they infect easily. I just took mine out after 30 years and not missing it.

We rode in. Waymo in San Francisco June 2024. Amazing experience although partner who was in front passenger seat didn’t know it was driverless until we took off! Jaguar e Pace I think.
