I don't know what they're trying to do with Kat. Whether she's mad at Eva and insecure and needs to prove something? Is she going to be manipulated by Tomas? But the big cloud hanging over it is that the actor playing Tomas doesn't have the chops to pull off a story that heavy. #BTG#BeyondtheGates

I know it's probably really tough to pull the plug on characters you created from scratch, but the folks over at #BTG#BeyondtheGates need to take a deep breath and two steps back and see what's not working. A ton to like, but some things are clearly not working and won't work.
I know they're never doing Liason again, and this isn't spec just made up nonsense in my head, but Laura and Becky would KILL a comedy scene where Carly is so desperate to stop JaBritt she tells Elizabeth to go after Jason. #GH
I don’t really go there anymore, and I know my ship has sailed, but scenes like today and yesterday with Liason are so important. It’s not even about a ship, it’s about their long-standing history. They were friends BEFORE lovers and #GH doesn’t want to regularly acknowledge that for some reason.
It's pretty wild for the heavy stuff. They filmed most of Monica's death/funeral story in August, filmed other stuff after that, went on hiatus, and then filmed more funeral/death stuff the week of the 8th when ES was there. Steve said it was incredibly tough to put yourself back there weeks after.
Studio is dark 1/3 of the yr, and film out of order based on set availability. IIRC nurse's station is only permanent set. So, they could film weeks worth of scenes at Bobbie's over a couple of days. ES started Sep 8 and alrs tomorrow. So impossible to pinpoint filming to airdate as a general rule.
