If I were Hercule Poirot I’d just stop going on holiday.

All of this because he didn't want to be put in jail.

Y'all (House, Senate, Supreme Court, Media) really fucking blew it.

My search for a physical copy of Terrors of Pleasure has been long & difficult (currently waiting on a supplier that seems, at best, inattentive).

I stumbled across Monster in a Box on YT; now the algo is suggesting Gray clips which, I gotta say, is one of the least annoying things it's done.

If you remain on Twitter for business or social reasons, I can't say strongly enough how your engagement supports despicable behavior. Disconnect. Delete. Boycott.

He would seem quaintly befuddling if he weren't causing death and mayhem on the daily.
Donald Trump on his son Barron:

“He can look at a computer... I turn off his laptop, I said, ‘Oh good,’ and I go back about five minutes later, he’s got his laptop, I say, ‘How do you do that?’.. He’s got an unbelievable aptitude in technology”

Starting the year off with some of the usual film questions:

-Will we ever see Sons of the Neon Night on VOD?
-Does anyone have a reasonably priced DVD of 1974's S*P*Y*S?
-Is this the year Criterion puts out a Satoshi Kon box set of Perfect Blue/Millennium Actress/Tokyo Godfathers/Paprika?

It's wild, my polar opposite reactions to Die My Love and Blue Moon. Both have a Great Performance at their center, but one made me numb with depressed energies, while the other was an almost persistently giddy gem.

MTV was the coolest until they started phasing out the reason they existed. Sorry to see them coming to this, but it's been coming for some time.

Was beat, and gonna crash...then decided I needed to listen to Check Your Head again. Better now.

Loving the broad selections over on #Tubi. I'm not saying I'll enjoy them all, but I love having the opportunity to try them out. #FilmSky
