Musk worked to get where he is today. I had the same opportunities as Musk. I chose to buy a house in college and pay for it by renting out the bedrooms. Musk created a business that made more money while in college. Same with Branson. He started a media company.
Then I'll cross Africa off my future possible vacation destinations. Except Gambia. I've heard great things about Gambia. It's the #1 tourist destination in Africa for Europeans. And I have a friend who has an orchard there. Maybe I can work for him picking mangos and oranges.
Or, some people are not cut out for the business world. I know I'm not. I am much happier as a wage slave. I neither envy the rich, nor covet their possessions.
Charity should be voluntary, but no self respecting American wants handouts. Maybe the poor could form a business that caters to the rich doing something for which the rich will pay handsomely.
