If they have not provided required quarantees and protection based on Budapest agreement, why would this security agreement even be valid? They haven't even done what they promised, which is to get immediate Security Council action to the signatory country as Ukraine became victim of an aggression

Here is a better one. 50 km buffer zone on Russia side on all borders. This way Russians will be happy that their culture is protected.
