I am finally reading The Hunger Games Trilogy. I loved the movie, and I've enjoyed similar books. If there's anything you mean to do, I recommend doing it as soon as possible so you don't run out of time to do it or space for piles of laundry, dishes, or books. Lol.

The thoughts that keep swirling around my mind involve the concept of complexity. A society can be very complex because of how people designed it. We jump through hoops not because it is necessary but because it is an accepted way.

Why is it when I am looking for one thing, I lose another in the process? Am I alone in this?

I love solving all kinds of puzzles. I challenged myself to think of all six of The Brady Bunch kids without looking them up. I was slow on a couple, but I did it. Lol.

At times, I wish I could do more than one thing at a time. There's so much to do in life, including staying alive.

I read while on my stationary bike. That's doing two things at once.

When I am working in a crossword puzzle books I also do puzzle games on my phone. An ad plays, and I do a word.

If you witness a person being overly dramatic, don't let yourself be hooked by their drama. Someone else's behavior alone shouldn't impact your own.

When someone gets angry and yells, this behavior disturbs anyone present who hears the yelling. This very much includes the yeller. Verbally attacking another is an attack of oneself.

Here's something that puzzles me. Why, when I take a picture of my television screen and crop it, it's not straight?

Taking one extra day off from work made a big difference. I had two days off, two days on, and then two days off again. I wish every week was the same

I think I know what I need to do in the book I am writing. I have been writing it for over a year, so first of all, I need to get back to it. Secondly, I need to be braver about what happens to my protagonist. If I figuratively wrap her in bubble wrap, that's not very interesting for the reader.

Sometimes, I make things more complicated by having high standards for myself. For example, I accidentally spilled part of a bag of roasted sunflower seeds into a paper grocery bag that already had other things in it. I could have thrown away the seeds. Instead, I retrieved every single one.

Life is complicated no matter where you live, but the complications vary from place to place. What I mean is someone in a developed country can face all kinds of societal red tape complications, but a person in a third world country might be trying to figure out how to get their next meal.

One thing I know is this: if you break a diet, this does not mean you have to keep breaking it. For example, if you ate half of a package of cookies and doing that went against your diet restrictions, you are under no obligation to eat the other half of the package.

I've never liked time changes. However, today, it was nice to have my meal break when it's still light because I was able to do a crossword puzzle in my vehicle.

I have passed 490 levels of a sorting game called Nut Sort. Well, I certainly didn't name it. 😆 If you think about it, I could pass a level every day for a year and still have less conquered levels than I do now. I'm saying it doesn't seem like that many levels until I analyze just how many it is.

I try all kinds of relaxation videos with rain, snow, ocean, crackling fires, and visually pleasing scenes. However, just one little detail can ruin it for me. If the moon doesn't look realistic, it won't work for me. Or, if the furniture is too white, I guess I'm worried I will spill coffee. Lol.

If you do writing in low lighting, it is easier to see black ink than red.

At times, something isn't ideal, but it works.

Often, it's not what you do that's important. It's that you do something.
