Construction of the Odd Fellows Building designed by Lawrence architect George G. Adams & dedicated in September of 1899, was the culmination of a 20 yr effort by the Hope Lodge. The contract for construction went to Albert E. Lang, began work in 1898 & completed it in less than a year.
