The Force Awakens with WAY less of a name behind it. The series is a best seller but books don’t have large popularity outside of an (unfortunately) niche group of people. I love that Sony picked up the movie rights for Will Of the Many.

For example, I love the Hunger Games movies and they are GREAT adaptations but they had to omit of lot of what made the world so engaging to me as a reader. I can’t even imagine the amount of CGI something like Red Rising would need it would have to have a budget similar to..
