Looks like I had about 10 banger days last year. Then luckily a bunch of good days too, but mostly "meh😐" days

OKAY! Sometimes is still doubt wether I want to go on T or not. It's difficult to say it with 100% certainty cause it's just so incredibly difficult to imagine yourself so drastically changed

I want to try doing more fun things after work instead of just trying to rest and fill my energy back up. It never really works out. I just feel dead and bored. Maybe I should try working on my miniature every day, no matter how tired I am. Just to have something fun in my time as well
I don't want the vacation to end 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I finally did fun things and felt present in life for the first time in MONTHS

Literally who do I go to for help??? My GP doesn't know anything and when I try to do something myself it's just an endless loop of waiting lists and referals to the same 4 practices!!!! I could beg my therapist for help but I see her in 3 weeks 😐
