The Democrats have to go the way of the Whigs after the Whigs refused to embrace the abolitionist movement. As of right now entering 2026 the USA has become an authoritarian dictatorship, and the health of the general population is a very low priority under such governments.

I’ve been asked this question and never thought to say this answer. Although this could be easily dismissed because releasing the files and implicating Trump as a pedophile should have been a very high priority

I don’t think a general strike is possible in the USA as fewer than 15% of workers belong to a union. And some of those that are members of a union actually support the Trump administration
