My uncle's art is hung up around the hospital now! I told the nurse at the anti-coag clinic my uncle paints and they wanted some pieces to hang up so I gave them 7 and they hung up 6 of em. I'm excited and happy to see his work being appreciated. She said a lot of patients have complimented them too

Walking out into the woods this morning, something was keeping pace with me, always unsettling but pretty normal. The. As I sit here, lightning flashes and then a storm rolls in, man it hits different when your just sitting alone in the woods and everything flashes

Little fun fact, (besides having the awesome @motoyote.bsky.social keychain on the keys) the keys for my 1966 Cadillac were made by Briggs and Stratton!

Got the garage built and my dad has been putting the hours in to get all the wiring done, there's two circuits, the left side with white outlets and the right side with black outlets, it wasn't planned but it makes it easy to remember which circuit is which. I haven't got everything moved there yet

If you want a good scary story podcast for this Halloween, I highly recommend Knifepoint Horror and the first couple seasons of The Nosleep Podcast. They tell stories that feel like campfire stories, one speaker telling you about something that happened that are uncanny and/or scary

In terms of starters, this thing is a mini-boss, it's probably 15-20 pounds to lift at an awkward angle, I got it in position at least, now to just bolt it up, wire it in and see that fixes it
