My autralian gf got on hrt after 2 weeks and immediately got an adequate dose of hrt, not sure how indicative it is of the system as a whole since I kind of vaguely remember her also saying the same doctor was more gatekeepy to a different trans person.

My doctor’s first prescription had liw dose of spiro. Seeing barely any effect, the VERY NEXT one she switched it to cypro.

5mg per 5 days has been my dose simply cause I am using Neofollin which comes in ampules of 5 mg. Either 4-5 mg per 5 days or 6-8mg per 7 is good. Basically either up the frequency or dosage. You will peak more if you just up the dosage though. I’m personally looking at switching to enanthate.

3mg/7days estradiol valerate is a bit low of a dose. There is a high chance that most of the time your E2 levels are too low. It’d be best to test your E2 right before the injection time to see if that’s true. I suppose it’s kind of a 50/50 whether your t is suppressed by e. You can test that.

Ouch. So true it hurts. Could've just started when i was 18, I was in Ukraine, they just sell hrt otc there. But noooo gotta go to a "safe" country and do it "safely" with doctors. Dumbass family.
