This new year will be filled with blessing. From my wedding in June where my grandpa will walk me down the aisle to having me and Luca’s family move closer to us on the east coast to the hope of becoming a parent, I am so happy I made it past the age of 18.

Spending time with a family that loves and respects me and values my identity has made me see what love is. Having family members that I have know my entire life support me when I wouldn’t have guessed that they would has made me see what support is. You know who you are if you see this.

All I can do now is hold hope that the distance will help them see why I had do to it.
