That was Bethany Mandel, I believe. I don't think McArdle has gone that far but she has argued against government regulation following the Grenfell tower fire and pulled the boring 'Oh, you hate American Healthcare? What about all the RESEARCH Pfizer does by extorting you through it????' arguement.

Also, I get this is an exceptionally silly game for the series but bounty hunting, for the police, in Madlantis seems like you're just breaking the pirate equivalent of omerta here

It's galling how quickly this game throws you into the modern Yakuza 'You Have To Fight 4-5 Evil Guys' Big Sidequest. It goes from 'Hey, let's go to this island' to 'I Will (Optionally) Avenge The Death Of This New Crewmember's Father. Anyway, back to the main plot.' in like 30 minutes.
