I literally couldn't find a local place that had this book. I just got the libby loan back today!
I quit my audible sub for Libby and I'm sad that I have 3hrs left of house of mirth and have to return it and wait for my turn again. May just buy it and finish reading it.

My most recent ancestry research came from befriending a bartender who wanted to know where the previous owner of her house was buried. I found it AND fell into a rabbit hole of this person's life.

I sort of DNF. I listened to the Nao chapters and skipped the Ruth chapters. Still a little disappointed in the ending.
I'm currently listening to the audiobook A Tale For The Time Being and I really can't handle the author just straight up inserting herself as one of the main characters. Maybe it's also that she's reading the book? But it's a bit too much for me.

When I was 4 my dad took me to see Hacksaw Jim Duggan. I met him again when I was 23 and for the 3rd time today at 34! Such a nice guy!
