Yep, I’d be fine with this. If I started a group message to 20 family members/friends for a surprise birthday party, I’d pay $2 no problem. It’d definitely hurt the scammers, though, sending mass texts to 10k+ people on a list.

I have a question for you - are opt-in panels less accurate? It’s wild to see live phone interviews be around ~39% but opt-in panels, typically run by Trump-leaning groups, always be 45%+. I’ve read that opt-in panels can be influenced by bots, but you’d know the research infinitely better than me.
