Here now. Runny nose like nowhere else and did not pack enough Claritin. I don’t care. I’d gladly sniffle my life away here.

I lusted after Cape Dory Typhoon, but figured it was too big! My yacht is a Siren (17 ft) instead.. which of course requires a commensurately mighty tender to get us out to her.

Does Canal St still deliver? I used to have a job working for a private investigator going after counterfeits. Most of the folks on the job were actors. We called ourselves “Spies” and wore disguises so we wouldn’t get “burned.” Super fun gig, plus my family got excellent knock-offs for Xmas :)

TV on the Radio lived in a large loft next door 20 years ago — the nicest. I offered to play their CD in my shop to help promote. My employees were dying — was a ten story billboard of them in Times Square at that time. They had a bluegrass jamboree regularly. I’m sure they could have fought crime.

I found out the NYC pollen count was actually one guy counting pollen. Blew my mind.

“Come on guys, we’re only down by nine runs, we can do it!!!”

And why? My son enjoyed his last year of free (!!!!!!!) little league baseball immensely more than any of the travel or high level years. There was a wide diversity of talent which made the losses understandable and the victories so much more sweet.

And takes a ton of money from parents on the way to that disappointment! $2k to play little league?!?! But you get to travel three states away to play the your home town neighboring team! (and the hotel fees inflated for the tournament and the travel cost and the time…) But I do go on.

Painful and deeply true.

One of my favorite movies of all time. The opening audition sequence to George Benson’s On Broadway is just incredible. What a great year for movies that was too.

Darth, does openai have some sort of irony setting? I haven't played with it yet.

This assumes all importers are rich. We are a truly global economy. Many small businesses are direct importers working on margins that don’t allow them to eat the cost.

Thank god we are directing our fire at each other! I thought maybe Trump 2.0 would distract us, but it’s clear we can still tear the shit out of each other better than the right can.

How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time! Thank you for all of these. My tendency towards depression was boosted by a turbo charged grief. These reminders are pretty awesome. And the laughter and insight your comedy gives is a boost in the life affirming direction. Thank you again.
