so many people in my fb record collection groups collect just for the sake of collecting. they hoard vinyl and don't play their records. i guess i just don't get the point of having a record if you're not going to play it. music was mean to be listened to, not hoarded

I didn’t leave X because people there had different opinions and ideologies, I left because it stopped being fun. I get on social media to chat with people who think thinking is fun. X stopped being a place where that was true.
