With this Game Pass hike, it feels like Microsoft either wants to push people out of consoles or pull a ‘shock’ increase before a ‘moderate’ one. Might be my last Xbox - I may just pull the trigger and trade it for a PS5 sooner than expected.

People say this console gen sucks, but I haven’t been this overwhelmed with great games in years. As an RPG fan, there’s more quality content than I can handle. Even if the next two years are duds, I’ll be okay.

I don’t know why, but I just can’t believe any of the Oblivion leaks suggesting it’s getting a shadow drop anytime soon. Really hope I’m wrong.

YouTube’s algorithm really loves promoting AI doom and gloom. I clicked on one video about AI, and now my whole feed is telling me why only plumbers will survive.

Maybe I was living under a rock, but after my Evernote got hacked, I stopped trusting note apps. Just tried Obsidian recently and wow — totally offline, totally free, and I love it.

Just tried The First Berserker: Khazan demo, and it might be my second favorite Soulslike after Sekiro. The combat feels incredibly smooth and it just feels "good" — it's actually pretty addictive.

I just discovered something I wish I had known before—if you have a Prime subscription, you get free games! There's even one for Xbox this time: Wolfenstein: The Old Blood.

Every time I think I'm done with FCPX, they drop a feature that pulls me right back in. The magnetic mask just saved me a ridiculous amount of time—nothing else takes much more time for the same effect.

Whenever I hear talk about the disappearance of physical media, I see one big benefit—the loss of distributor control over what makes it to store shelves. With the rise of online storefronts, every game has a shot at finding its audience.

Got to play more of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and I can't believe that I skipped that game for so long. It is great, except one thing - lockpicking on a controller is probably harder than lockpicling in real life 😅

A bit of a bummer that we have to wait longer for #Fable, but at least we got to see more gameplay. Two thoughts so far:
1) It looks a lot like The Witcher 3.
2) Will the evil/good playthrough affect character appearance?
