Home insurance in areas hit by repetitive disasters is going to be the number one housing affordability issue over the next 4 years. And possibly going into the midterms.
More so than interest rates. Florida in particular is going to have huge problems.

Here in Florida we have a housing crisis of our own - developers are building affordable homes all around, but many are sitting empty because people can't afford the necessary home insurance.

Sometimes I wonder if I’d be better off if I made my nose smaller. I hate how big it is on my face, and is one of the big reasons I don’t like my face.

Just my 2 cents. But my goal is to ignore the trolls. Give them zero attention. Block them if they annoy me.
I think the worst thing we can do on this site is re-create the ad hominem/ personal attacks that occur across comments on Twitter/insta/tiktok/ etc

You guys ever think the universe just forgot to build someone for you? Or that maybe you were just born to be alone? I’m not talking just dating, though that is certainly a big part. I can’t help but always feel on the outside, to always be the other, the outcast.
