Teknik suspension fitted and is working really well, the big hits on rocky climbs have been reduced, especially after reducing the HS rebound by a couple of clicks.

I caught this one crossing the widest Main Street in NSW(Trundle) a couple of weeks ago . I think he was looking for termites in the dead shops across the street .

On a ride today out the back of Sydney into the Yango national park I saw 6 lyre birds and 2 brush turkeys, a bit of a record for me, normally only see about 2 lyre bird per ride out there. And a freshly marked bit of rock carving , being highlighted before some track upgrades for the RFS.

You can be a long way from everything in the Australian bush. Water is the first thing I think about carrying out here, tools and always extra fuel.

Al on the dr and I did about 400ks today out of Sydney to some aboriginal rock carvings in Yengo NP . Devils rock. Some great rugged steep hills with lots of sandstone steps.

Great ride out to Devils Rock in the Yengo NP today (west of Sydney). There is some very old art work scraped into this huge piece of sandstone. #aboriginalart #r1250gs #sandytracks #advriding

An old Hall in central NSW Australia. These little halls were built by locals where there were no nearby towns, they often included tennis courts and cricket or sports fields for the local communities to gather on the weekends.

This little bloke didn't seem too impressed with the rain on last weeks ride in the hills above Sydney. We also saw a weebill, Australias smallest birb, a lyre bird as well as heaps of wallabies.

A hot days ride from Araluen to Sydney. The photo is from Yadboro flats near Milton NSW. Already 30degrees at 9:30am. The temp rose to 36 as we got closer to Sydney. 4 days riding and the county goes from very dry in one valley to lush in the next. Australian climate is very harsh for the farmers.
