As always it depends. If you only need to serve static content maybe look into static site generators like mkdocs or hugo. Github/Gitlab offer free hostig of static sites. If you need logins and an integrated editor maybe ghost is worth a try.

For audiobooks you might want to checkout audiobookshelf. Also has support for ebooks but I haven't tried with an e-reader.
