I’m saying renters will pay *at least* as much as property owners. You’re not wrong to be frustrated by the increase to what are already high property taxes, I’m just saying that the real frustration should be in the knowledge that wages are not increasing in proportion to costs of living.

Sorry if this comes off snarky, but do you really think property owners will just eat the additional taxes? Added costs are always passed onto renters, and often at a higher than 1:1 ratio. The idea that renters will just skate on this is absurd.
