Pharmacist by day, horror and Disney fan by night, cheer mom always. Only thing I don’t tolerate is intolerance.
Oh, and Sims 3 >> Sims 4.
People picking up where teen Vogue was forced to leave off. 2026 ladies and germs, 2026.

Just think of all the backlog you won’t have to work through later at least - doesn’t make today any easier but future you might appreciate it 🫂

The number of people that look at me like I’m crazy when I ask for their drivers license to buy Sudafed when they just *drove* to my store and don’t have it on them - the Venn between them and the “just comply” people in my town would be a circle.

Well done! Sometimes trying to quit something during an extra stressful time can make those successes even more meaningful in the long run - you can do this!

Have seen that in our area (very rural and red) but so far the only ones upset are the ones who lost employees themselves, not their neighbors - still a lot of selfish folks trying to find the gold gilding on the crust of the shit sandwich

This - 1000 times this. I keep reminding the people in my life that it’s a numbers game that they can’t win. It’s why this tactic rotates between locations instead of all the places at the same time.

We usually weren’t quick to adopt things, but there was a short stint in the late 80’s that we had a chunk of money from an accident settlement, which was quickly blown through. It was nice having things like cable for a couple years 😂

The tech track from invention to obsolescence can be pretty interesting. So many things were invented for so long before they actually made it mainstream back then.

I’m pretty sure we got one at some point in the late 80’s, but he also was willing to spring for caller ID in the late 90’s because reasons 😂

My dad wasn’t so great with money, so he would have the answering machine screen incoming calls. If we were trying to call home, we would have to talk to the answering machine so he knew we weren’t a bill collector 🫣

Ok, but now I want to see someone create the Noble Peas Prize, because I think that could be adorable
three peas in a pod with faces on them are smiling and looking at the camera .

1000 people run a 24 hour playlist, all starting on a different track or shuffled to make it look less bot-like, and then a new playlist the next day

Unfortunately depending on the kiddo it doesn’t get better sometimes even when they reach “adulthood” and then they don’t really want to sleep in your eyesight 😂

It takes time to get used to having to the feeds here instead of having a old-Twitter algorithm help give it to you, but after I got enough folks on mine it’s 1000x better than xitter became.
Still miss some that didn’t make the switch here, but not enough to hang out over there 😂
