I’m in for a major lifestyle adjustment. I went to the doctor for a physical exam and my blood tests showed that I’m pre-diabetic. I’ll be cutting back on soda and I’m going to try and cook some healthier meals. I have time to turn this around. Cross your fingers for me.

One of the few exciting things that happened this year was visiting the Hello Kitty Cafe truck in Tulsa. I bought a really cute coffee mug and some tasty treats. I’m glad I got there super early because by the time the truck opened, the line was crazy long.
