Repairing internal sashes. The problem with single pane glass is that you'll always get condensation forming on the glass. That in turn can rot and damage the windows. Easily enough restored.

Refurbished plaster skirting after the floor layers apprentice damaged it. Had to piece the skirting back with bonding to reset it and sprayed it to a finish.
