I eventually found out that he'd been a stagehand for a short while, but until yesterday, when ancestry.com emailed @chialynn.bsky.social these photos, I never knew that my father had once performed as Jim O'Connor (The Gentleman Caller) in a production of Tennessee Williams's "The Glass Menagerie."
