The water softener is now installed and running, took longer than expected due to the pipework under the sink being reconfigured and new pipes installed, main unit and drinking water filter unit

Air fryer Sunday lunch steak and potato wedges, the steak was done just right being pink through the middle and sealed for 8min at 180c turning halfway, preheated the air fryer first for 2min, wedges were crispy, cooked for 14min at 200c with a shake halfway through, did enjoy it

Put together two flat packs and now my back has given out on me, that’s me done for the rest of the week and I still have a few things to do before the weekend, going to be tricky going forwards.

Put together two flat packs and now my back has given out on me, that’s me done for the rest of the week and I still have a few things to do before the weekend, going to be tricky going forwards.

All done in the air fryer, the egg wasn’t bad but needs a reduction in the cooking time as 8min on 180 over did the yolk, toast came out great, lightly sprayed with oil in for 5min at 200 turned halfway (sourdough bread)
