Mobility is so important as well as unilateral movements to promote balance (single leaf deadlift, Bulgarian split squat, etc). I’m very active but find as I near 60 that I need to stay on top of mobility.

I’d love an explanation as to how funding lapses can be placed on a party that isn’t in majority? When Dems were in majority, the GOP blamed them then as well. There seems to be a common thread in the blame game rather than a true analysis of the facts at hand.

I’m just a *person* who teaches youngsters. Never did I think that I would become a resistor or voice for the annals of history. While my individual, small voice will never be truly heard, I take hope in the idea that it will join with others like mine and reverberate for generations to come.
