I used to be VERY flexible but uh... sittin down so much hasn't helped and my thighs and back of my knees are so thick I can't even lift my other foot above my other ankle let alone get it to my knee LOL 😭 Stay flexible dude it'll do ya wonders

It was really really embarrassing cause my boys kept asking me if I was ok and what was wrong any time I was huffin and puffin or trying to figure out how to maneuver the world in my fuckin large body 😳 I suppose it's also affirming in it's own way LOL
