I always heard the theory that Rare wanted to get away from Nintendo because of the creative control they had. Although, getting to actually interact with former Rare developers over the past few years, that doesn't seem likely anymore.

I agree with @bigtimegoat.bsky.social. That sounds like drive failure to me. It's possible it could just be a corrupted operating system. But either way it goes, it's going to require reimaging the system.

Cause we need to just stick with standard or daylight time and just be done with this changing the clocks thing.
