My first attempt at char siu pork was a success!

Winnie had her annual visit to see Santa this week. They remembered each other, caught up on their respective years, and turned to me and smiled. ❤️

Winnie got a new dog bed for Black Friday. I accidentally went a little large! Here’s the old on top of the new.

And I annoyed the sleeping princess. How dare I! 🙄😂

Infusion time.

I’m over them, while also sincerely grateful they’re available. Side effects, multiple pokes, I’m just over it right now.

But the alternative is worse. Blah.

I still mask when I’m indoors, or in a crowded outside. I’m very lucky to live in an area where I get very little pushback. About 85% of the comments I get are compliments on the mask itself, not about me masking at all.

I wish you safety!

Somebody’s trying to get another hot spot. 😭

Last year, one in that same spot got infected and took months to clear up. I don’t have the energy—nor the money—to go through that again right now!

Two nurses and five sticks later, they ended up putting the IV in the back of the hand. Hand IVs suck, and today is a sucky infusion day. Today is a sucky MS day.

So I took Winnie to see Santa last night. She remembered him, and Santa knew Winnie right away, of course. ;)

I started this tradition with my late sweet Buddy, and have only missed one year since 2008.

I’m on day three of a migraine, but Winnie has to get to the groomer, so I’m trying to focus on how cute she is.

I was walking Winnie and realized we had time to make it to the beach before sunrise. We got there, waited about ten minutes, I took like ten pics, and came home and got back in bed. 😂

Winnie didn’t get bows this time, and I was irrationally disappointed. The game of “how long will they last” is a fun little groom day bonus.

Also, I love it when she sits like this in the booster.

My Winnie still hasn’t gotten it, after five years. She also doesn’t get “tug.” That’s because she was abused in her before life, and thinks she’s being punished if I move too quickly when she’s playing.

But she IS playing and having fun, so I let her set the terms.
