It's our birthday 🎉

We have reached the grand old age of 37!

There have been so many changes during this time but we remain ever proud of our work, our staff and our charity partners.

Here’s to many more years of changing the world, one conversation at a time.

A lovely day where even the smallest actions can have the biggest of impacts.

Here are some of our favourite suggestions:

For some of us, dark mornings and evenings can make us feel really low. The cold, wet, and windy weather can also impact our mood ☔️

The good news is that we're heading towards Spring. And we’re gaining an average of 3.5 minutes of daylight per day🌞

Happy News Did you know? As we move towards spring, we’re gaining around 3.5 minutes of daylight every day! That’s nearly 25 extra minutes of sunshine each week. We’re getting there!

Happy Blue Monday! Errr…no. You didn’t think we’d fall for that did you? Well actually we did, for a long time. We now know Blue Monday is nothing more than a PR stunt to sell holidays. A lot of us are know mental health does not fit into a calendar – it affects us as & when it chooses.

Much like the rest of the UK, it is cold here at NTT HQ so here are some cost effective tips on keeping warm & safe:

❄Keep your body warm by wearing layers - think thick socks, slippers & thermals & keep moving if you can.
❄Stay warm at night by using warm bedding, extra blankets & hotwater bottles

Happy Monday folks. Just one week until Christmas Eve, are we all prepared for the big day?

This time next month it will be Xmas Day.
