Back in the day, my Uncici (great grandmother)Rose Alice Holy Medicine-Elk Looks Back had a friend named Owns the Battle. Uncici was a midwife and caregiver to many winyan. She took care of Owns the Battle until she passed away. Leksi (uncle) Leland Little Dog translated that name into Zuya Tawa.
