The only real thing I haven't tried is an algorithmic feed. Which I have zero idea where I'd even start for that. And also have zero need for, so I'm not really motivated

Will we have 100+ feeds? Never

But by god we'll be able to handle it

React Native... webslop...

Yes, Bluesky? I would like to label this as extremist content
December 29, 2025 at 2:21 PM
I haven't, but I wouldn't be opposed to it. Would need an idea for what to make a label for, though

It was a fun one to make! It's cool all the different things you can do with feeds
December 29, 2025 at 8:16 AM
It can be made into a good feed, but it requires a lot of work and a lot of following before it stops surfacing unwanted stuff. I really wish Bluesky would adopt something like For You (they actually featured it, but removed the post because it DDoS'ed the feed lmao)

Oh god I'm addicted to feed development
December 29, 2025 at 7:53 AM
Oh, also turn off language filtering under settings => Languages => Content Languages
December 29, 2025 at 7:49 AM
Nope. You can also @ etc. in posts without issue

Make sure you also have this For You feed, the default Discover feed is pretty useless at first

The first three support backfilling from API. All support manual adding and removal of posts as well (originally was for curated, but I realized this isn't a bad idea for all of them)
December 29, 2025 at 6:26 AM
Adding batch add support real quick... I have like 20 posts to add...
December 29, 2025 at 5:57 AM
Oh we are cooking
December 29, 2025 at 5:48 AM
This could also allow me to manually insert posts into feeds if needed...
December 29, 2025 at 5:37 AM
I think this is doable... There's already the sync script to backfill the database with posts, so what's stopping me from having a feed entirely handled by posts I add to the database?
