Yeah that's not good US removal from NATO will cause a mad rush for Nuclear weapons and also encourages Europe to drop the dollar and possible become hostile to the United States. Trump is not a good businessman nor is he a good leader.

It's highly concerning that the POTUS is choosing to be more friendly to a openly hostile nation then our closest allies. The Russian State Media is loving the Chaos he is causing in the US and with our Allies.

I don't think it is anymore complicated then that like I said I still know a good number of them who are hardcore MAGA and still serving, with a good number of them being officers.

I understand I took the same oath many years ago. And know on a personal level roughly half of the people I served with, who are still in think Trump is the best thing since sliced bread. The threshold relys on when the joint Chiefs make the call that the constitution has been violated.

Yeah my wife had this issue at Target awhile back over a simple item like socks. The men's socks were cheaper and the women's were more expensive of the same brand. Their official response was the prices are set by their vendors 🤣

Problem is everyone including Europe has pussy footed around Russia and their war crimes for three years and continued buying gas and fuel from them. Even the destruction of the Kakahovka received not outcry as the Russians controlled it and blew it up from the inside intentionally.

They won't. Most don't take the oath seriously and only do it for money. Unfortunately that includes the officer ranks. There just are not enough oath keepers and the upper ranks don't want to start a civil conflict. There also isn't a specific threshold as to what would trigger intervention.

Unfortunately nothing will happen the Supreme Court broke the system when they allowed Trump to do what ever he wanted under his previous presidency. So his order to give Musk a waiver for conflicts of interest makes him untouchable. The supreme Court would have to reverse their ruling.

I think it's safe to say a certain group of people have shown they have no morality as long as their guy is in charge wreaking havoc on the institutions he's supposed to preserve.
