No it wasn't. It was pretty much a repackaged new hope. There's so much more originality in Rebels animated show than any of the sequel movies.

Right and as usual all you CCs advocated for all the qol stuff removed from the game during eof and the increased grind which caused ppl to quit. Now, predictably y'all don't take any responsibility for it and just report on "Oh Bungie f'd up".

Man, the people involved at all levels of the cover-up are just as disgusting as the ones that committed the abuse. Everyone in those files need to go to jail, whether it's Clinton or Trump. Throw them all in prison.

As usual, content creators suck all the joy out of gaming and then complain that the game is dying because there's not enough loot or challenge in the game or some such nonsense.

There's been no acknowledgement that activities in portal now do more damage than last season and have to add more -ve modifiers to get the same score. There were no patch notes around this. What's going on? Is this intentional?

I mean, Teds right. I can't remember the last time I watched a movie at the theatres. Maybe if its cheaper. I just don't see the value tbh. There's nothing communal about it either. Concerts & sports events? Yep, they feel communal. Movies? You go in, it's dark, u watch & u get out. Waste of money.

The only people who want just 2 parties are people on the far right who hate democracy and feel that it will be easier to create division with a 2 party system and push for autocracy.

It just makes sense. How can just 2 parties represent all the different views possible within a population? For example, NZ now has a party that is pro business and also green. They want to tax land, have a sort of UBI etc. It may not be successful but such combinations should be possible.

They just use this net worth as a bargaining chip in the current financial system and it gives them unprecedented power to influence society by either buying platforms or financing elections.

Ok then what is your solution to billionaires having so much power that they can just buy social platforms like twitter? Elon Musk's net worth was a major factor in his ability to secure financing for the acquisition. His wealth, mostly tied up in Tesla stock, served as the collateral & source.

Funnily enough he moved to NZ that has a much higher tax rate than the US. Anyway, that's besides the point. Norway does a wealth tax. There are so many examples. Anything is better than unchecked financial system in the US

Look if there's a will to tax net worth, you can. But you're clearly in the damp camp of not doing that. So you'll throw every argument you can to make it sound stupid. No one creates anything without the rest of the country you live in. So yes, tax them in a way they can't get out of the loophole.

Lol I'm not an economist. If other countries can curb wealth, so can the US. Maybe you can't take away stuff that people already own, but you can slowly make sure that a single person doesn't have enough wealth to make future purchases like that.

I get it but if it was even a remotely fair financial system, there wouldn't be billionaires in the first place. Even Scandinavian countries with high tax rates have billionaires but they are between 4-5 billion, not several 100 billion like the US has & certainly not a trillion.

And the complication is designed to ensure that only a few are disproportionately rewarded when their input is not at the level that would justify that reward. No wonder we have so much wealth inequality. Even compared to Tesla employees, Musk is just stupidly overpaid.
