Bluesky doesn't notify when you're added to a starter pack or list by default, but there are other ways to be notified when that happens, so some may know while some don't. Probably nobody minds except the ones who don't want to be in starter packs, and they'll let you know.

Bluesky is a bit different. Engagement doesn't mean sales, and you probably get more "sales per like/comment" here than on other social media. If you're relying on other places for income, though, I don't recommend leaving them. Just add Bluesky on to the places where you post things.

I hope 2026 isn't as bad as it might be. If you want to be able to scream online without subjecting the Vei4 fans to it, remember you can also create a separate account for sharing frustrations.

Some social media will limit your reach if you're not constantly producing something for them. Bluesky is not one of them, though. 😀 Have a happy new year's celebration!

Oh, I smirked at the grandkids thing when I saw it, but more about how older adults want to experience all the fun kid things, then hand the kid back to the parents for the not-so-fun parts. Of course you should actually have kids or not based on your own desires.

The most obvious things are move the Start button back to the left, and disable everything you don't like as much as you can. And get used to holding down the Shift key when you right click anything in Explorer. Otherwise, it isn't that much different from Windows 10.
