It’s a wonderful time. It’s a great time to get personal with the sentiments of planting good feelings, removing the weeds of despair, sowing a field or two of hope and joy (they grow together quite nicely), and looking out at the sun-full world. Live well, love always and laugh out loud every day.

I was lucky enough to see the ice breakup on the Ottawa River yesterday. Watch how ice chunks crash into the Champlain Bridge. It’s a blustery -4° now. W/c -12. Mainly sunny today. High 7°. NW winds can gust >30 at times. Low 1°. Some ☔️ Sat. & 6° that could end as a flurry later pm as temps drop.
