I believe so - Scott Host has posted new artwork on Facebook (mostly in groups for DOS games).
But honestly I'd rather see something new rather than yet another version of Raptor. I mean, Demonstar exists, and I wouldn't mind a 3rd installment in that series.

S3 cards are fine for 2D. Anything 3D ranged from dog droppings to the sewer system of a large metropolitan area though.
Mind you, nothing was ever as stinky as the i740. No wonder it took Intel the better part of 2 decades before releasing their next discrete graphics chipset.

For 3D I'd recommend a 3Dfx Voodoo or Voodoo 2.
For several DOS games (Tomb Raider for example) there's a patch so they can use the Voodoo, so that's the one for most compatibility.
If you're playing something like Unreal you probably want the Voodoo 2 (maybe even in SLI) for a bit more oomph.

256MB? Oof, that's definitely overkill. Especially since a lot of chipsets can only cache up to 64MB.
My Pentium MMX 200 has 64MB of EDO RAM, but for Windows 95 or MSDOS/Windows 3.1 that's more than enough.
