Quick final sand by hand and you have yourself a decent wee storage box. All this cost was time, already had glue and screws. Pallets you can pick up for free. Hope this helps someone whos thinking of doing something similar. #diy #woodwork

Always enjoy this part, go over the edges with a router

If you can be arsed, fill the screw holes with glue and saw dust, great way to hide the screws.

Then screw it all together

Finally got round to this, so all panels were drilled and glued

Will post the results when finished. Not been woodworking for long at all, but found loads of tips on the old interweb, thought I'd post to show the process. Box is made from old pallets that you can find everywhere for free.

Once I assemble the box I'll run the router over all the edges, I'm keeping it flat pack just now as I've got another one to make and I'm using this one as my template, but yeah just the holes to pre drill for putting it together with screws and glue.

Hit it with the planer, not looking for a nice finish, want to keep it rough looking

2 holes then cut the rest out with the jigsaw
